R&D Chemist

Department: Research & Development 

Location: Khanna, Punjab 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and optimize formulations for polymer additives such as stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants, processing aids, impact modifiers, and flame retardants. 
  • Conduct laboratory-scale experiments, compounding, and performance testing of additives in polymers like PE, PP, PVC, ABS, etc. 
  • Analyze physical and chemical properties of polymers using FTIR, TGA, DSC, UV-Vis, GC, and Rheometer. 
  • Evaluate product performance against benchmarks and customer requirements. 
  • Document R&D trials, test results, and formulation details systematically. 
  • Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot and production stages. 
  • Collaborate with production, QC, and marketing teams for product improvement and troubleshooting. 
  • Stay updated on new technologies, raw materials, and industry trends in polymer additives. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering. 
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant academic background can apply). 
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of polymer processing, additives chemistry, and analytical techniques. 
  • Soft Skills: Good analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude. 
Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or any Chemistry background 

Experience: Minimum 2–8 years (relevant experience only) 

Location: Maharashtra, UP, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat & South India (1 candidate per state) 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate new B2B leads through online and offline channels. 
  • Achieve sales targets and expand business volume and value. 
  • Negotiate pricing with clients and ensure successful order confirmations. 
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans. 
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. 
  • Maintain strong understanding of food & feed additives or chemical products. 
  • Travel across regions for marketing purposes (15–20 days per month). 
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure and payment collection. 
  • Plan and execute events, product launches, webinars, and trade shows. 

Skills & Requirements 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience in food additives, cattle feed, or chemical industry preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and industry trends. 
QA & QC Manager (Polymer / Chemical Industry)
Experience: 10–12 years (Polymer Additives / Masterbatch / Compounding Industry)  Qualification: CIPET, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech in Polymer Science / Engineering or Chemistry  Location: Khanna, Punjab 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Test and inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. 
  • Approve or reject materials based on quality test results. 
  • Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. 
  • Prepare, verify, and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA). 
  • Maintain quality documentation, reports, and SOPs. 
  • Implement and comply with GMP and ISO quality standards. 
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions. 
  • Support production team with quality issues and batch corrections. 
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide effective solutions. 
  • Support R&D activities and new product trials.
