(Aq. Wood Flame Retardant)
HOFNIL W FR (Aq. Wood Flame Retardant) is a widely used flame retardant known for its effectiveness and versatility across various wood-based applications. It is a water-based, fire-retardant treatment that can be easily and safely applied to interior woodwork, wood paneling, and wood framing. It is made by encapsulating the individual salt particles in protective coatings of water-impermeable, nonflammable, self-extinguishing polymeric materials. Once applied, they would not be leached by precipitation and would, therefore, remain effective for a considerable length of time This product has been successfully tested by and meets the desired FR standards.
